Priya Gopaldas - This week we meet UCL medical student Priya Gopaldas, who, during her time at UCL, has worked in an ICU, been a Social Secretary of the Netball Club and appeared on Love Island. Here, she chats to us about her dream job and favourite things to do in London. What are you studying, why are you interested in this subject and what do you plan to do in the future?. I study medicine. The dream is to work in orthopaedics. Orthopaedics is all about giving people back their mobility and therefore their independence, which is key in improving quality of life. On my placement, I found this type of surgery not only important but fascinating.
