This was revealed by a study conducted by Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. On the other hand, the voluntary obligation to inquire about sustainability preferences, which came into force this year, is viewed more critically. Since 2022, banks have been legally obliged to carry out risk profiling as part of investment advice for private investors.
