The IIS provides Pressure Cookers for six UvA programmes
This semester, students from six different courses at the UvA will start working with the online Design Thinking Pressure Cooker. With a total participation of nearly 300 students, the IIS Pressure Cooker is now bigger than ever. The first Pressure Cookers will start next week. Completely online. "The idea to develop an online Pressure Cooker was already there, because we want to use the working method more widely and internationally in the future, but due to corona we have started working on this more quickly," says project leader Rosanne van Wieringen. Together with educational technologist Hans de Zwart, she chose online tools to make this translation and worked out a format. "In theory, the Pressure Cooker can now take place live in the classroom, completely online or hybrid." - Design Thinking.
