UCL to launch exciting new employee benefits

We are very excited to confirm that UCL will be launching an electric vehicle (EV) car salary sacrifice scheme, annual leave purchase scheme and also enhance our current Cycle scheme. UCL has committed to be carbon zero by 2030. In response to colleague feedback, and to support our community to lower our carbon emissions, UCL will be launching an electrical vehicle (EV) car salary sacrifice scheme. We are currently working with a market leading leasing provider to develop the scheme that will give our colleagues access to a new more affordable (fully inclusive of insurance, servicing, breakdown cover etc. EV lease car with no deposit, and with significant tax and National Insurance savings that come with salary sacrificing. In addition, from the start of the next annual leave year, all staff, subject to line management approval, will be able to buy a maximum of 5 days of extra annual leave (pro-rated for part-time employees).
