Closing Date Tuesday 24 March 2026 Interview Date To be confirmed Reference MED080126X1 We are seeking an enthusiastic Quality Coordinator to join the Education Centre Quality Team within the School of Medicine. You will be a key member of the School of Medicine Professional Services team and will provide administration and coordination support for a range of quality assurance and governance activities as well as supporting the senior management team. You will have excellent communication and organisation skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team as well as strong interpersonal abilities, allowing you to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels including senior managers/leadership, academic staff, and external partners including NHS England and the General Medical Council (GMC). The role will require flexibility, proactivity and initiative as you will coordinate quality assurance visits to Local Education Providers (NHS Trusts), who deliver clinical teaching for undergraduate medicine around the East Midlands, ensuring compliance with University and external regulatory requirements. However, you will be asked to travel to other hospital sites in the East Midlands as part of the role. This position is offered on a permanent basis.
