Your team The MAX Access & Collaboration group plays a crucial role in managing and supporting the interactions between MAX IV Laboratory and its users. The User Office team works with core aspects of MAX IV, managing the academic submission and review process and serves as one primary point of contact for scientists who wish to use the MAX IV facilities. The User Office works in close collaboration with the entire MAX IV organisation to continuously supports the development of the MAX IV offering, from new access forms to keeping internal processes and system up to date. MAX IV is looking for an experienced, dynamic and well-organized coordinator with keen analytical skills to join the User Office. As User Access Systems Coordinator in the User Office at MAX IV, you will play a key role in supporting and maintaining the systems and processes that enable scientists from around the world to access one of the world’s leading synchrotron facilities. You will work close to both operations and development, collaborating closely with the User Office Team Lead and colleagues across the organisation. The role combines system-oriented work, coordination and quality assurance, and offers a unique opportunity to grow with the User Office as MAX IV continues to evolve its user access models and digital infrastructure.
