Doctoral Position in Macroeconomics (part-time 50 %, E 13 TV-L)Reference no.: 2026/023. The starting date is 1st October 2026. The position is available for three years. An extension is possible.The University of Konstanz is a dynamic and internationally successful research university with approximately 10,000 students. The campus university-s architecture promotes interdisciplinary cooperation and a sense of community among researchers, lecturers and students. The University of Konstanz has been continuously funded by the German Excellence Strategy since 2006. The Chair of Macroeconomics (Professor Dr. Stefan Niemann) at the Department of Economics of the University of Konstanz is inviting applications for a position as a PhD candidate. The initial contract will have a duration of three years (with a possible extension). The successful candidate will also be enrolled in the GSBS doctoral program . Your Responsibilities
