Hours

  • Shifts are scheduled between 7:00am and 7:00 pm, across 5 days out of 7.
  • While the schedule mainly covers Monday to Friday, you may also be required to work weekends and occasional late nights.

  • Delivering Service Excellence: Ensuring every guest leaves with a smile thanks to outstanding service and attention to detail.
  • Leading Your Team: Coaching, supervising, and motivating your team to achieve their best, while creating a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Driving Success: Supporting the team to meet sales targets, maximize income, and manage resources efficiently.
  • Maintaining Standards: Upholding high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
  • Contributing to Growth: Working with your manager to identify opportunities to improve and enhance our operations.


About You

What We’re Looking For:

  • A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for delivering excellent guest experiences.
  • Experience in a food and beverage environment, with confidence in supervising teams.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire and guide others.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • A commitment to maintaining high standards and following procedures.
