New Organisation and Performance Mandate for Agroscope Approved

Bern, 03. Michael Gysi took over Agroscope's reins in January 2013. On 1 January 2014, a new organisation will come into effect. In addition, the Swiss Federal Council has approved the new four-year performance mandate. Agroscope, the Swiss federal research institute for the agri-food sector, is undergoing a reorganisation. From 1 January 2014, Agroscope will run four institutes, each with its own head. Agroscope's new Executive Board consists of Agroscope CEO Michael Gysi, together with the Head of the Resources Unit Christine Grivel Niklaus and the Heads of the four Institutes.
