New Workflow concerning Lecture Tube recordings

In order to make distance learning at the TU Wien even more efficient and comfortable for all participants, the procedure for registering a LectureTube recording has been improved. Until now it was necessary to write a ticket to the LectureTube team and the subsequent communication and administration were relatively complex. From the 20th of April 2020 on, the programming of the recording of LVAs will be done directly by the authorized persons of the LVA in TISS. New workflow for programming LectureTube recordings. In order to schedule a LectureTube recording, lecturers can use the LectureTube section within the e-learning tab in their LVA overview in TISS. A recording can only be scheduled for timeslots with an already confirmed room booking. Conditions for a successful recording:.
