Summer School 2013

Today sees the start of the 2013 King's College London Summer School, the annual summer undergraduate programme open to students from around the world. This is another record year for the Summer School with more courses on offer and more students applying and attending than in any previous year. Students from over 90 countries and over 200 UK and international universities will attend courses in the arts, business, health, law and social sciences. The Summer School once more looks forward to welcoming members of the King's community including current students, staff and alumni. A warm welcome is also extended to 12 Summer School scholarship winners who were selected on the basis of outstanding academic merit and ability. In addition scholarship winners from the King's Summer Schools in Delhi and Mumbai will be experiencing education in London for the first time and for the second year running, four Fulbright scholars will attend the Fulbright Commission King's College London Summer Institute. King's is also honored to receive a delegation of Indian students with disabilities from Delhi University, who are attending the Summer School through a joint initiative between the British Council, King's International Programmes team, the Disability Advisory Service and Delhi University, with the aim of sharing knowledge of disability support in higher education.
