Top marks for business studies and economics at Göttingen University

Centre for Higher Education ranking evaluates economic subjects. In the most recent ranking of the Centre for Higher Education (CHE), the University of Göttingen occupies top positions in business studies (BWL), and economics (VWL). This year, CHE evaluated Master's programmes from Faculties of Business. With more than 30 subjects and over 300 universities and universities of applied sciences analysed, the CHE university ranking is the most comprehensive and detailed ranking of the German-speaking world. The disciplines BWL and VWL scored well in the categories "Publications per Professor" and "Doctorates per Professor". In BWL, students also praised the support provided during their studies, the organisation of teaching and learning, and the transition between Bachelor and Master's levels. Economics students were also satisfied with the transition between Bachelor and Master-s.
