Professor John Bligh, Dean of the School of Medicine has visited Tredegarville Church in Wales Primary School in Cardiff, as part of the 'Who's in Health?' campaign, an initiative aimed at giving primary school children an insight into life as a healthcare professional, to inspire them and show how important literacy and numeracy is for any future profession - Visiting alongside Dr Ruth Hussey, Wales' Chief Medical Officer, the visit helped bring to life careers in healthcare and sought to encourage children to improve their academic performance and realise the importance of studying to achieve their dreams. Professor Bligh, who presented the school with a gift from the University during the visit, said: "Young people often dream about what they will be when they grow up, and for many those dreams are determined by the experiences they have had in their lives.
