UvA Library debuts with its own mobile app

A new app offered by the UvA Library, in collaboration with Ex Libris, allows UvA students and staff to access the library services more easily from their mobile devices. The features on the app have been developed to meet the user's needs while on the go: practical information about the status of their loans, notifications option, up-to-date opening times and study spaces information or even booking a meeting room. You can also reach the Library directly via WhatsApp or by phone without leaving the app. The Library aims to make the collections and services more open, easier to use and more accessible for the UvA community. An app is one of the answers for users looking for up-to-date library information while they are on the go.
