This role will include working any days 5 over 7. We are looking to appoint an Allocation Officer to join the Warwick Accommodation Team within the Estates Department. The role requires you to support the Accommodation team and assist the Assistant Allocation Manager. You will take on a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure that we deliver a first-rate service to students and staff. You will be managing a high level of telephone and email queries. Additional responsibilities will include preparing online contracts, managing student contracts, responding to student complaints in line with the University complaints procedure, assisting in the marketing and allocation of university-managed student accommodation and preparing statistics and documentation. Focusing on supporting a successful operation that maximises occupancy levels across circa 7,500 university managed beds, managing the referral process of circa 1000 partnership accommodation beds and facilitating short let bookings in line with departmental needs.
