Start of registration at the KinderuniWien!
A summer for the curious: more than 300 courses and 12,700 study places are waiting for the next generation of researchers. Starting today, children can register at kinderuni.at for the courses they have chosen from the diverse programme. The two Children's University Weeks have been put together by the University of Vienna, the Medical University of Vienna, the Vienna University of Technology, the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences Vienna, the University of Veterinary Medicine Vienna, the FH Campus Vienna and the Vienna University of Economics and Business. Once again, more than 3,000 children can participate free of charge. The only admission requirement for the 7 - 12 year olds is: Curiosity! The fact that the Children's University Vienna has been a successful project for over two decades is based on a unique interplay between the participating universities, their scientists, a well-coordinated Children's University team and new and former Children's University students. This year, more than 300 scientists will hold lectures in various research disciplines, enthusiastic former Children's University students will actively help as volunteers, and experts from the business world will report interesting news from their fields of activity. But it is not only the Children's University Vienna team that is colourful, the programme also offers something for every mood of wonder.
