Dr. Rick Quax of the Informatics Institute of the University of Amsterdam was one the researchers who developed a new simulation model. What do health inequalities, the energy transition and global climate change have in common? They are wicked problems that arise from many interacting factors at multiple levels - from cells, to individuals, to societies.
